SheepMaster sale success

The inaugural SheepMaster Eastern Australian Ram Sale was held on AuctionsPlus
last Monday. A total of 56 rams were on offer from the three Eastern Australian
Accredited Studs: Montarna SheepMaster Stud at Hamilton Vic, the Janaree
SheepMaster Stud in Cobar and the Wild Oat SheepMaster Stud at Beckom NSW. The
sale had a total clearance with an average of $2,923 with 20 successful bidders from
NSW, Vic and SA. The top price ram was achieved by lot 41 from Wild Oat selling for
$9,300. This was a fantastic result for the breed’s inaugural East Coast sale. Janaree
SheepMaster Stud sold 20 rams to a top of $3,100 (for Lot 28 pictured above),
