Rachael Davis Manns was the lucky winner of the Cobar Memorial Services Club Joker Draw on Thursday night and picked up a $15,000 cash prize. Rachael (pictured above with Services Club staff member, Therese Bradley) was thrilled with her win and plans to spend the windfall on the construction of an ensuite bathroom, which is something she’s wanted for a while.
