Peaks of Colour Fun Run draws big crowd

Saturday’s 2016 Peaks of Colour Fun Run organised by the Cobar Youth Council proved once again to be a big drawcard on this year’s Festival of the Miner’s Ghost program. This year’s run attracted 390 competitors of all ages. The fun run was one of a number of festival events to attract a good crowd with the Dust Bowl Fuel Burners’ Show and Shine receiving a record 44 entries and the  Markets in the Park on Saturday afternoon at Drummond Park also attracting a large number of locals and visitors keen to grab a  bargain, taste some excellent food and be entertained by our local talented musicians.
