Loud and clear donation

All the announcements at this Saturday’s Cobar race meeting should come through loud and clear thanks to a donation from NewGold Peak Gold Mines to upgrade the Cobar Miners Race Club’s PA system. Pictured above on Monday at the track are race club president Jarrod Marsden with Peak’s mine manager Peter Caldwell and environmental and social responsibility advisor Jenna Marett. Mr Caldwell said Peak felt they had not been getting enough value out of their sponsorship of the Golden Dash and wanted to put their donation towards something that would have a longer term outcome for the club and for the Cobar community.
