a committee member (on and off for 22 years since 1968), and as an accomplished golfer and bowler. Jimmy’s philosophy as president was that “we need to put the
money into our members and the community”. He estimates in the past 14 years the club has spent nearly $4million on extensions and upgrades. In addition, a large amount has also been donated to local schools, sporting and charity groups.
