A countback separated Fran Samios, Di Greer and Sally Bannister who all recorded 70 net.

Another countback was needed when Marlene Wynd and Narelle Kriz both came in with 72 net followed by Jenny Stephenson with 73 net.

Narelle Kriz had the putter working well with 22 putts for the day.

A chilly Wednesday last week had a few lady golfers opting to stay indoors with only nine players turning out for the scheduled Stroke game.

Sue Phillips finished with a comfortable win with 66 net and the runner-up was Geraldine Francisco on 73 net.

Fay Hardwick was next with 76 net and she also enjoyed picking up the putting prize with 26 putts for the round.

This week kicks off with a Stableford game today and on Saturday the Annual Polyfabrications Day three person Ambrose will be held so ladies get your teams organised for that one.

A Stroke event will be on offer on Sunday and a Stableford is set down for the holiday Monday. Another Stroke round is scheduled for next Wednesday.—T’d Off
