High School’s high achievers

Cobar High School students have recently received their results from the Australian Geography Competition which they participated in last term. The national competition assesses students on their geographical knowledge and skills. Three Cobar High students earned High Distinctions, one received a Distinction while two others earned Credits. It’s 50 years tomorrow since the Cobar Rugby League Football Club were victors in the Group 15 First Grade 1971 Grand Final playing under captain/coach Brian Lawrence.
