Landcare learning

Students from St John’s School and Cobar Public School participated in the Buckwaroon Landcare Day and visit to Nullagoola Station last week. Over two days students learnt about land conservation, identifying native flora, native animals, pests, soil erosion and ways to help improve land care. They found out how a property operates, the challenges of life on a farm, caring for livestock and the land.
