Move already paying off

The move to a new location earlier this month for local business Copper City Tyres is well and truly paying off. Owner Chris Deighton (pictured above at right with his right hand man Shane Suridge) said they’ve noticed a “massive difference” since they moved to their new premises on the corner of Louth Road and Lewis Street. In
addition to picking up more passing trade Mr Deighton said the new location is safer. “We don’t have to repair virtually on the road, they can park here in the yard and we can also repair in the shed if needed.” Mr Deighton has further plans to expand the business which also includes taking on two more staff members.
